where to start

Most organisations have some knowledge about their mobile users, what they do and what their context of use is. We begin by talking to internal stakeholders to uncover initial user data, anecdotal or otherwise.

Then we conduct further field research with actual users to validate assumptions and capture detailed aspects of the usage patterns of each user group.
